Junky and Funky

Funky comes to us with one of the cuter racing names we've had! He is neither "junky" or "funky", though - he's a very handsome and very sweet brindle heartthrob! ☺

Funky raced just 36 races before retiring. He ran for 2 months at the beginning of the year at Tri State in West Virginia, but never went past his maiden races. He then moved to Birmingham in March, and competed a little better for the next 3 months, but was retired on June 15th, with a total purse of just $129.75.

Now, he's ready to learn about his next career - a pampered, loved, and spoiled member of someone's family! His first impression is of a calm, easy, trusting boy. He figured out stairs very quickly. Funky is not cat-safe, or small dog safe.
